Originally from Germany I have called Montana my home for the last 23 years. I have been making art my whole life and for many years have worked predominantly with collage. Now I focus on abstract mixed media painting that express a dance of composition, play and surprise. I have collectors in the US, Germany and Mexico.

In my work layers, vibrant color, and texture offer a landscape to the viewer that is open for discovery. The process of painting is informed by my inner world and is very intuitive. My work is often inscribed with writing that may reflect the particular subject of each piece and lend an air of mysteriousness.

I am dedicated to studying and expanding beyond limiting perceptions so I can express the inherent beauty, elegance, and wonder of this world and let it shine through. If we can catch a spark of something real, be it inspiration, delight, or something that touches a place within, wonderful!
